Not only does my family love the wonderful teas, but I am in love with their customer service. I lost a gift card I recently purchased. Once I realized it, I sent an email asking for help. I got a quick response and was promised a replacement card and a cancellation of the gift card. Thanks!

Easy and User-Friendly Process
